This page has been designed to give you all the information you need to book into one of my Stampin’ Up! Classes, Events, or Parties/Workshops. The Basics for Booking:

This applies to all my card, scrapbook, scrap’n’chat style events.

Seats are allocated on a first in best dressed basis.

The only way to secure yourself a seat is by prepaying the class/event fee.

All class/event fees are payable in advance either with cash or via direct debit. 

If you wish to attend a class/event & need time to organise payment, I am happy to “reserve” a seat for you for a period of 24 hours from the time you make contact with me. To be fair to everyone seats can only be “reserved” once. If payment has not been made within 24 hours the seat will become available for other people (including yourself) to book. It is your responsibility to ensure you have prepaid within the 24 hours, I am not able to send reminder messages or emails.

Spaces are limited & events can sell out quickly, sometimes within 48 hours. To avoid disappointment I would encourage you to book early.

If you have missed out on coming along to the event you can choose to either go on the waiting list in case of a cancellation or the addition of another class/event.


The Basics for Payment Methods:

This applies to all my card, scrapbook, scrap’n’chat style events.

Direct debit: If you wish to pay via direct debit please contact me for account details.

Cash: If you wish to pay with cash, you will need to contact me to arrange a time to meet or you can place your payment inside an envelope with your name & the class details on the outside. This can be dropped in my locked letterbox, please let me know if you wish to use this option.

Class fees are required no later then 2 weeks prior to the class date to allow time for the required supplies to be ordered, delivered & prepared for you. If you would like to inquire about the availability of any remaining seats within 2 weeks of the scheduled class date please contact me asap.

Cancellation Policy – What you need to know.

Before booking in with me to attend one of my Stampin’ Up! Classes, Events or Parties/Workshops, please take the time to read through the cancellation policy. This section has been designed to let you know what your options are should you be unable to attend an event.

Card Class Cancellation Policy*: This covers all card, paper project & scrapbook classes.

All class fees are payable in advance either with cash or via direct debit.

Class fees are required no later then 2 weeks prior to the class date to allow time for the required supplies to be ordered, delivered & prepared for you.

In the event that you are unable to attend the class on the date scheduled a minimum of 2 weeks notice will need to be given in order to obtain a full refund.

Cancellations or non attendance within 2 weeks of the scheduled class date will result in your card making/project kit being posted to your nominated postal address. 

While every effort will be made to replicate as much of the technique taught during the class, please be aware that I CANNOT send you pre-stamped images. This is in direct violation of the Stampin’ Up! demonstrator policy as per Stampin’ Up!. This includes any class involving heat embossing or resist techniques that require an image to be stamped as part of the technique.

What will come in your kit:  All the pre-cut, pre-scored cardstock required. Your kit may also include, designer series paper, embellishments & pre-punched shapes from time to time depending on what was provided during class. Product List of items required to complete the class.

What you will need to provided yourself: All adhesives, stamps & inks as a minimum. In some cases you may need access to a heat gun, or other specialized tools to complete the card design. Of course you can always choose to just use the cardstock etc that is in your kit & design your own card or project.

Scrap’n’Chat night Cancellation Policy*: This covers all scrap’n’chat style/type events.

All event fees are payable in advance either with cash or via direct debit.

Event fees are required no later then 1 week prior to the date of the event. This is to give me time to organise seating & tables, as well as catering if it is included in the event fee.

In the instance that you are unable to attend the event on the scheduled day/night a minimum of 1 weeks notice will need to be given in order to obtain a full refund. 

Failure to give the required amount of notice will result in your event fee being forfeited.

Your event fee is used among other things to cover costs including catering, prizes & other activities that may occur at different events. These are all organised at least 1 week prior to the event date & as such fees will not be refunded for less than 1 weeks notice.

Stampin’ Up! Party/Workshop Cancellation Policy*: This covers events run in either my home or your’s where a predetermined project/s has/have been planned.

Party/Workshop fees are to be collected from your guests by you. Once you have collected all your guests fee you can then pass them on to me either with cash or via direct debit.

Class fees are required no later then 2 weeks prior to the class date to allow time for the required supplies to be ordered, delivered & prepared for you & your guests. Failure on your behalf to collect your guests fees & submit them to me on time will result in your event being cancelled.

In the event that you are unable to go ahead with hosting the party/workshop a minimum of 2 weeks notice prior to the scheduled date of your event, will need to be given in order to obtain a full refund.

Cancellations within 2 weeks of the scheduled event date will result in your card making/project kit being posted to your nominated postal address for you to distribute among your guests. Individual postage directly from me to your intended guests is not available, however you may chose to post their kits to them at your own expense or hand them out in person. Please ensure your guests are aware of the cancellation policy when you invite them.

Party/Workshop, Card Making Birthday Parties, Scrapbook Page Birthday Parties, Private Group Card Making Classes, Private Group Scrapbook Page Classes. These are examples only & by no means a definitive list.

**In the very rare event where I need to cancel or reschedule a class, scrap’n’chat or Stampin’ Up! Party/workshop after you have paid your event fee, you will have the option to chose between a credit note to use for any upcoming classes/events or a full refund.
