Stampin’ Up! Card Class Details:

This covers all card making classes.

Class fees are required no later then 2 weeks prior to the class date to allow time for the required supplies to be ordered, delivered & prepared for you. If you would like to inquire about the availability of any remaining seats within 2 weeks of the scheduled class date please contact me asap.

What is included in your fee: Your project kit (see below for details), a delicious morning or afternoon tea or decadent supper. Step by step instructions on how to complete your project. What will come in your kit:  All the pre-cut, pre-scored cardstock required to complete your project/s. Your kit may also include envelopes, designer series paper, embellishments & pre-punched shapes from time to time depending on what we are making.

What you will need to provide yourself: Generally you will not need to provide anything, however some classes may require you to bring along certain tools from time to time if we are learning a new or time intensive technique. In some cases you may need to provide a particular stamp set or type of adhesive.

For Fancy Fold style classes you will need to bring along your own tools for scoring, measuring, cutting & folding the paper as learning how to measure & score the paper is part of the technique you are learning & not something that can be prepared ahead of time.

Please check the class requirements list provided when you book in for the class.

Stampin’ Up! – Coffee & Cards Mornings Details:

This covers all Coffee & Card Mornings.

Seats are allocated on a first in best dressed basis, &  preference will be given those who have RSVP’d (preferably no later than the day before). If you haven’t replied & would like to come along on the day of the event, please send me a quick email to see if there are any seats available.
How it Works:  Firstly let me say that my Coffee & Card Mornings are different to my normal classes.
The reason for creating my Coffee & card mornings is to provide you with a  less intimidating, & less overwhelming, introduction to Card Making & Stampin’ Up! products. It’s also ideal for anyone who doesn’t have the time to attend a long card class, but would still like to enjoy card making in a social environment.
My Coffee & Card mornings are not as structured as my regular classes, so you can come for along for as long or as short a time as you wish, anytime between 10am – 12pm*. (Please note that I would advise arriving no later than 11.30am so that you can complete at least one card without feeling rushed, before everything finishes at 12pm).
The card designs for Coffee & Card Mornings, are clean & simple. After a run through on the overall card design & the steps involved, you will most likely find it easy enough to create the card with minimal assistance from me. If you find you’ve forgotten a step or how to do something, there’s no need to worry as I’ll be close by to help guide you through the process.
Who is it Suitable For? : Coffee & Card Mornings are suitable for beginners to advanced crafters, & for anyone that is short on time, & wants to make a quick card or two (sometimes more). When you come along to a Coffee & Card Morning you will also have the chance to find out more about Stampin’ Up! & their terrific range of products. You can even place an order if you’ve found something in one of their current Catalogues that you just can’t live without.
How to register your interest: Simply get in contact with me prior to the class date & then arrive on the morning, ready to make a card or two (or three ;-)….). The address for the Coffee & Cards Morning will be provided once you have contacted me.

Event fee: $5 per card, payable via cash on the day.
Payment: Payment in cash is required on the day prior to starting on your first card “kit”. If you know you would like to make more than 1 card please pay for the number of cards you wish to make at the beginning of the event. You can then select your card “kits”, take a seat, relax & enjoy a little crafting time for yourself.
If you haven’t contacted me before the class date, please get in touch with me on the day to see if there are enough seats & card “kits” available.
How Many Cards can you expect to Make?: There will be 1 card “kit” prepared for each person that RSVP’s prior to the class date. Should you wish to make more than 1 card, extra card kits will be available to purchase for an additional $5 each on the day, but only while supplies last**.  Please bring along cash to pay for your card ‘kit/kits”. Smaller denomination notes or coins are greatly appreciated.

The number of cards that you end up making will depend on your experience level, how much assistance you require & many extra card “kits” are available.

**If you know that you would like to make a certain number of cards please indicate this when you RSVP & I will prepare & reserve those “kits” for you. Prepayment is required if you would like me to prepare & reserve extra card “kits” for you, & must be received no later than 2 weeks in advance of the class date. If you prefer not to prepay, simply RSVP that you are planning on attending & I will have 1 card “kit” prepared for you, with the option to purchase more while supplies last.

What is included in your event/card fee: Your card kit will include a pre-cut & pre-scored card base with coordinating envelope. It will also come with any designer series paper, embellishments & pre-punched shapes that are required to complete the card as per my design. Designs will most likely vary from month to month. Adhesives will be provided on the craft tables & are there to share among everyone.

As a part of the fee you will be welcome to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee (sorry I only have instant), along with a biscuit or some slice. You will get to enjoy some crafting time for you & might even make some new friends. There is also the opportunity to place an order for exclusive Stampin’ Up! products & to talk to me about booking into any of my upcoming events & classes, should you be interested.

Of course you can also ask me about booking a Private Group Class (think Girls Night In) for you & your friends. If you would like to, please feel free to ask me any questions you might have about what it’s like to be an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, I’d love to help you discover your own creative adventure.

What you will need to provide yourself: Generally you will not need to provide anything, however if you have a favourite pair of craft scissors, feel free to bring them along with you, as some of the card designs may require you to cut out some images from time to time.

Event Size: Group sizes are limited to a maximum of 6-8 people. This is to create a more relaxed & comfortable environment in which to enjoy your craft time & ask any questions you may have about card making , crafting or Stampin’ Up!.
